P.U.L.S.E Technician
P.U.L.S.E Technicians are talented engineers who are responsible for the maintenance of all P.U.L.S.E.-based systems. Due to Tyrralore's monopoly ruling, established in the Second Era before the Tyrralorean Civil War, no P.U.L.S.E Technicians are legally allowed to perform their operations outside the bounds of the continent, as the threat of outside forces with P.U.L.S.E.-based equipment was deemed as something that cannot occur. This has helped overall in the prevention of P.U.L.S.E. outside of Tyrralore, though placing such limits on a sizeable portion of the populous has had public backlash before of course the four houses asserting themselves as authoritarian rulers both silenced such critics and plunged the country into war.
Perception
Purpose
A P.U.L.S.E Technician's job is entirely devoted to the upkeep of specific P.U.L.S.E. systems found within their area of training. This can mean handling of P.U.L.S.E Liquid itself, maintaining the systems and vehicles of the Tyrralorean Defense Initiative, inspecting the P.U.L.S.E Reactors that keep Tyrralorean society running smoothly, or perhaps a combination of any of those. Regardless, so long as Tyrralore relies on P.U.L.S.E. for everything in its operations, there will need to be P.U.L.S.E Technicians to keep everything going.
Demographics
Due to the ever increasing need of P.U.L.S.E Technicians all throughout Tyrralore, especially because of the strain of their civil war, a large portion of the continent's multi-species populous are employed in this field - approximately as much as twenty percent of the population, a relatively high ratio of which tasked with maintaining military installations. This makes P.U.L.S.E Technicians the third largest industry by numbers alone, only behind the continent's several military branches and vast economic base.
History
Ever since its invention by Tyrra in the First Era, P.U.L.S.E. has been a mainstay of Tyrralorean life. And since all systems inevitably require maintenance, Tyrra made it his goal to train the first wave of P.U.L.S.E Technicians to assist him in building his technological society. These first Technicians ensured the function of their respective systems as P.U.L.S.E. spread all throughout Tyrralore, and were determined to continue its use and development through the First Calamity.
Once Alorean society returned to the surface in the Second Reclamation, P.U.L.S.E. was once again spread across the continent thanks to its overt usefulness in both everyday life and combat, since it was one of the few options Tyrraloreans had to actually harm demons aside from Yearn, but was far more available and reliable. And wherever P.U.L.S.E. went, those responsible for ensuring its operation were sure to follow.
Legality
Due to its technological nature, the practice is obviously outlawed in Ysrailore. However, a unanimous ruling by all four Tyrralorean noble houses forbade the practice - alongside the use or manufacture - of anything P.U.L.S.E. related outside the bounds of Tyrralore itself. This ruling has remained in place even after the four houses started fighting each other, as all of them recognize the potential threat of being invaded by outside forces equipped with such advanced technologies.
