Alkeeth is a powerful spellcaster, albeit a special type of spellcaster. He can replicate many powerful spells through his inventions and has other magical talents that he picked up on over the decades.

Alkeeth wears many costumes for many different reasons. But his signature look involves a green beret, a green jacket, a purple bowtie and leather straps with dozens of random items, gadgets and components.

Personal history

Childhood

Alkeeth does not know much about his own history as much of his childhood is one big blur, he never knew his parents and his first memories are of the Velvet Eclipse Theater. He worked there as a young dragonborn and believes that his parents forgot him after a play and never returned or died. He worked around the theater doing all kinds of work, everything from cleaning to ticket sales, but his favorite memories are of the stage and the few times he got to be part of plays. He learnt everything he needed from the theater and lived a relatively happy life with his theater family. This changed in A4 614 when the theater burnt down during one of its plays and most of the people within died due to the fire. Alkeeth was lucky to make it out as his brass scales were resistant to fire and he was slender enough to crawl through the falling beams and rubble. He escaped the area as he was scared and didn't want to be accused of starting the fire. But when a few days had passed and the investigations slowed down, he returned to the theater and buried his family. He made coffins out of the rubble and sealed them within the flooring of the theater. After they had been sealed within the remains of the theater he dug out the entrance to the basement and discovered it was still intact. He made the basement his new home and collected everything else he could from the ruins of the theater.

The Atelier

As Alkeeth made the basement his home over the next years, he also began learning new arts and tricks. He would seek knowledge from other people in the defense district and mostly from the Hollows as all types of people could be found there. There he learnt many talents like tinkering, tailoring and tattooing. He also got interested in the arcane arts and wanted to incorporate it into his creations and art pieces. This was difficult to learn in the defense district, but he as a dragonborn had an easier time than most to learn these arts. It took him many years to learn the simplest of enchantments, but he gradually got better and better until he was one of the most sought after artificers in the entire defense districts. He would be granted protection from the Golden Claw for his services and would have many customers. Heroes and villains would both seek out his aid, and he never turned a customer away, unless they offended him or attempted other heinous acts against him.
