Physical Description

General Physical Condition

Ervanthril is one of the largest and most bulky dragons that exist as of the 4th age. He is incredibly bulky and large, by any dragon standard. He outweighs most dragons in the world.

Body Features

Ervanthril's body is covered in large and strong white scales which make him almost invulnerable, but also has much of its body, especially its underbelly and legs covered in frozen pieces of the many hundred weapons which have frozen to its scale over the ages.

Special abilities

Ervanthril has an incredibly powerful breath attack, and unlike most other white dragons, he has enough intelligence to tinker with magic and has gained some mastery over magic within his lair.

Personal history

Ervanthril is an ancient dragon whose history is convoluted and filled with mystery and misinformation. Even the age of the dragon is questioned by many, some believing it to have reached ancient status, while others believe it to be more than two thousand years old and starting to reach the age where it would drastically grow into a great wyrm, or finally die from old age, nonetheless, it is an ancient and powerful dragon. Though most scholars disagree about its age, most agree that Ervanthril is a descendant of the great wyrm Thorelmarakthis the Chilled Tyrant, the last ruler of the ancient dragon kingdom Vacerak. Ervanthril's great size and power is most likely a result of his draconic bloodline, and if he manages to reach the age his ancestor did, he will be greater in both size and strength than him.
Ervanthril has made a name for himself over the ages as he controls the northern parts of the Andürin Dominion and much of the western coast of the dominion. There are other dragons which have their territories within this area, but none challenge Ervanthril while he is flying or hunting within their region, the young and stupid dragons who attempt to do so are often torn to shreds, if not eaten whole. Ervanthril is also known to attack whatever it sees and deems as either fun or a challenge. Be that marching soldiers, giants, monsters or other dragons, Ervanthril enjoys the hunt and challenge of deadly encounters. Ervanthril's lair also makes it incredibly difficult if not impossible for armies to engage with the dragon as he lives within the underdark in an area known as the Moon Lake. A massive frozen landscape which Ervanthril completely dominates and controls, even having four lesser female dragons share this territory as his vassals and mates. Ervanthril's lair is made within the heart of the old drow kingdom known as Icekvist. Ervanthril lives within the city Inthuul which was its capital city.
