Taolin al Zhurak

Hailing from Ardonia, Taolin is a chronicler who lets the wind whisk him to wherever his tongue - and nose - calls. A so-called 'gastronome', he is considered eccentric amongst other reputable chroniclers. However, his works, including the Treatises on Tel Rialian Cuisine, are undoubtedly renowned in many parts of the peninsula. His latest work, A Glyph for Your Tongue, is particularly groundbreaking for incorporating rune theory into cooking, and is a mainstay in the kitchens of the nobility and elite. However, little else is known about the chronicler personally, aside from what can be inferred from his scattered journals. The most recently discovered one details his trip to the port city Egrecia, a veritable flytrap for connoisseurs like himself.
