Olivier Sartre

There she took the traditional route of her family and became a bladesinging master. She traveled throughout Menione to learn about the people and the various customs. She was interacting with the multiple enigmatic tribes of Firbolg and the sea elves of the three inland seas. In her early 30s, she became a diplomat to an elven city in the realm of water. The relationship between the two planes ushered in a new age of arcana. Unfortunately, her brother's untimely death forced her to claim the title of Sovran. She pushed legislation for education in the mystic arts and technology.   Olivier skin glistens in the light with a slight hint of bubblegum pink with dashes of glitter. The tiefling horns curl like a ram and are adorned with spiral strings of platinum and gold with droplets of sapphires running the length of the horns. The people always see her dressed in the latest high fashions of the land. However, two consistent items are always adorned on her person: a fine craft rapier and a ruby-red golden necklace.

He also led forces that protected nearby settlements of Seule Lochs from an army of lizardfolk led by an excursion of Triton. Fort Deschamps was created in honor of Sovran Alaire to watch over the nearby bogs and towns. Sovran Alaire does most of his legislation on the road. He pushes for increased funding to the military and guard units in the realm. That would include arctech aerial and sea vehicles.   Under the rugged leather face are a pair of luminous blue eyes of a youthful man surrounded by a manicured silver beard. He may be the oldest, but he has the physicality of a young man.
