PURPOSE

The purpose of this contract/Agreement is to: explore an unmapped area, north of the town of Rojorio. Guided by Honorable Egret Duncar. If an elven city is located in the unmapped area. The CONTRACTOR shall bring back proof of an elven city and provide written details of the location.

SCOPE OF WORK

• I. CONTRACTOR shall deliver a detailed map of the location.
  • A. Defend the mapmaker the Honorable Egret Duncar
    • 1. If the Honorable Egret Duncar would perish.
      • a) Return all of his belongings to the CLIENTS
      • b) Continue his work in providing a detailed map of the area

• II. CONTRACTOR shall deliver a detailed report of known hazards of the location.
  • A. Area defenses
    • 1. Entering the location
    • 2. Exiting the location
    • 3. General defenses
  • B. Monster Ecology
    • 1. Type of creatures
      • a) Intelligent
      • b) Non-intelligent
      • c) Known weaknesses
      • d) Known strengths
      • e) Potential numbers
  • C. Traps
    • 1. Known traps
    • 2. Type of traps

• III. CONTRACTOR shall provide physical proof of an ancient elven city, if applicable.
  • A. Gather relics to provide proof of an elven city
    • 1. Weapons
    • 2. Armor
    • 3. Arts
      • a) Full piece
      • b) Partial piece
      • c) Detailed drawing
    • 4. Architecture
      • a) Detailed drawing
      • b) Return a piece of the structure
    • 5. Wonderous items.
    • 6. Any potential valuable item.

EXIT CLAUSE

• A. CONTRACTOR, if provided to have not to perish but unable to perform the contract
  • a. CONTRACTOR caught a magical illness
    • i. CLIENT may have the ability to assist
    • 1. For additional work at less value.
    • 2. For additional favor.
  • b. CONTRACTOR suffered a loss of limb
    • i. CLIENT may have the ability to assist
      • 1. For additional work at less value.
      • 2. For additional favor.
• B. CONTRACTOR, it chooses to break the contract.
  • a. CONTRACTOR left before accomplishing any SCOPE OF WORK
    • i. Will no longer have future opportunities to work for the CLIENT
    • ii. Will gain blacklist mark in all relevant guilds.
  • b. CONTRACTOR left accomplishing some of the SCOPE OF WORK
    • i. Will no longer have future opportunities to work for the CLIENT
    • ii. Will gain a full blacklist in all relevant guilds.
    • iii. Return all gather items and information to CLIENT
      • 1. CONTRACTOR must personally give the items to the CLIENT without PAYMENT
        • a. CONTRACTOR will be hunted if does not come willingly
          • i. CONTRACTOR will be responsible for the payment of the bounty hunter.
  • c. CONTRACTOR left accomplishing all of the SCOPE OF WORK
    • i. Will no longer have future opportunities to work for the CLIENT
    • ii. Will gain a full blacklist in all relevant guilds.
    • iii. Return all gather items and information to CLIENT
      • 1. CONTRACTOR will be hunted down.
      • 2. CONTRACTOR will be dealt with a reasonable amount of punishment fitting the contract.

PAYMENT

CONTRACTOR will be provided the following on SCOPE OF WORK completion.

• I. 7000 pieces of gold coins ea person.
• II. Stipulation - Locating a city of elven ancestry.
  • A. Both parties will split the gathered relics by 50% of the fair market value.
    • i. Both parties will agree on a neutral party appraiser
    • ii. The party with overage will make up the cost difference for an even 50% split.
• III. Peruse the CLIENTS armory w/ the option of purchasing a single item at fair market value
• IV. Gather intel report on Warlord Zynn.
