Beads of Meditation

Alter: This beaded necklace can be used as a set of prayer beads or special rosary. While wearing or holding the beads, you can use an action to  delay an effect causing you to be cahrmed or frightened for 1d4-1 turns. During these turns, you may still roll the saving throw, if any, to overcome the effect, and at the end of the turns, if not overcome, the effect resumes.

Additionally, if you are a cleric, monk or paladin, you can use an action to hold onto the beads to further channel your spirituality. If you're a monk, you regain 1d4+1 ki points. If you're a cleric or paladin, you regain one use of your Channel Divinity. This property cannot be used again until next dawn.
