Alter: As an action, you can speak the tattoo’s command word and tightly grip an object that is small enough to fit in your hand. Your tattoo emits wisps of magical energy and a mundane but identical copy of the object is created in your free hand. If a creature uses its action to examine the counterfeit object, the creature can determine that it is a fake with a successful DC 15 Intelligence (Investigation) check. The counterfeit object lasts 1 hour, after which it dissolves into grains of sand. Once used, the tattoo can’t be used again until you finish a short or long rest.
