The pants have 3 charges and regain 1d3 charges daily at dawn. When wearing the pants, you can use an action to expend 1 charge to cast speak with plants from them. This version of the spell only affects plants within the spell's range that have at least one flower on them. When you speak with a plant this way, you do so by making a combination of somatic gestures and dance-like steps, rather than using your voice. These movements come naturally to you for the duration of the spell and magically convey your message.
