Alter: This warm canvas robe is lined with roc down. While wearing it, you can withstand temperatures as low as -50 degrees Fahrenheit. In addition, the cloak has 5 charges and regains 1d4+1 charges daily at dawn. While wearing the cloak, you can use an action to expend 1 charge and unfurl the robe. The robe opens into two large, stylized wings before flapping back down, buffeting the area in front of you and refolding into a robe. The wings create a line of wind 15 feet wide and 10 feet long in front of you, forcing any affected Medium or smaller creatures within the area to make a DC 13 Strength saving throw. On a failure, a creature is pushed 10 feet away from you. At the same time, you are flung away, flying 10 feet backwards without provoking opportunity attacks.
