For the next minute, all attack rolls against you have disadvantage and you have advantage on Dexterity saving throws. After the minute elapses, the tattoo becomes drained. While drained, your walking speed is halved instead of doubled and the Accelerate property can’t be activated. The tattoo stops being drained at the following dawn.
