In addition, while holding the staff, you can create a harmless sensory effect using the air, such as leaves rustling, slamming shutters, or causing clothing to dramatically billow.
The staff regains 1d6+4 cahrges daily at dawn. If you expend the last charge, roll a d20. On a 1, the staff is sucked from your grasp and blown away by a sudden flurry of wind.
