Caniado

Caniado is an umbrella term for several canine humanoid (sub-)species. They were created by Oberof.

Basic Information

Anatomy

The Caniado are a canine species, and so they have charactaristics you'd come to expect: fur covered body, four clawed limbs with padded paws, enlongated faces with sharp fangs. However, their front limbs have evolved to have opposable thumbs and much less pronounced paw structure. They have also evolved to be bipedal.

Genetics and Reproduction

They reproduce sexually. Each pregnancy results in a litter of about 5-8 Cubs usually.

They have evolved to be omnivores to some degree to accommodate larger societies.

Their sense of smell is highly acute. They can track a scent across vast distances and times. their hearing is very sharp as well.
