Ascendant Mimic

Creature type. you are monstress.
Size. you are Medium or Small. You choose the size when you select this race.
Speed. Your walking speed is 30 feet, your claiming speed is equal to your walking speed.
Mimic Instincts. Thanks to your Ability to fool the average Adventurer, you gain proficiency with two of the following skills of your choice: Athletics, Deception, Insight, Stealth or Performance.
Mimic Adhesive. The mimic adheres to anything that touches it. You have advantage on ability checks you make to initiate or escape a grapple, however you and other creatures that make Ability checks made to escape a grapple with you have disadvantage. you also gain a claiming speed equal to your walking speed.
Shapeshifter. As an action, you can change your appearance and your voice. You determine the specifics of the changes, including your coloration, hair length, and sex. You can also adjust your height and weight and can change your size between Medium and Small. You can make yourself appear as a member of another race, though none of your game statistics change. You can’t duplicate the appearance of an individual you’ve never seen, and you must adopt a form that has the same basic arrangement of limbs that you have. Your clothing and equipment aren’t changed by this trait. You stay in the new form until you use an action to revert to your true form or until you die.
Object Morph. As action you may polymorph into an object that occupies one or two five-foot areas and may morph back as a bonus action. Your statistics are the same in your new form as well as gaining the functional aspects of the object you morph into. you won't be able to hold other objects or move depending on the object you morph into. Any equipment you are wearing or carrying becomes part of your new form and is temporally inaccessible. you revert to your true form if you die. you may use this ability a number of times equal to your constitution modifier and uses of this ability return on a short rest. 
Languages. Your character can speak, read, and write Common and one other language that you and your DM agree is appropriate for the character. The Player’s Handbook offers a list of languages to choose from. The DM is free to modify that list for a campaign.
