Slippers of Spider Climbing

While you wear these light shoes, you can move up, down, and across vertical surfaces and upside down along ceilings, while leaving your hands free. You have a climbing speed equal to your walking speed. However, the slippers don't allow you to move this way on a slippery surface, such as one covered by ice or oil.

Mechanics & Inner Workings

Note 1. If you are rendered Unconscious you fall from the wall or ceiling as per the condition requirement, taking the 1d6 bludgeoning damage per 10 ft. of distance

Note 2 Its not just that your slippers are sticking to surfaces, its that they are literally causing your body to treat the wall/ceiling as the floor, likely using a variation of the transmutation magic that powers spells like Levitate and Reverse Gravity.
One hint: You have a climbing speed equal to your walking speed, which means you are able to move just as easily/quickly running upside down or along a wall as you would on the ground. This wouldn't be possible if gravity was messing with the rest of your body, which means it clearly isn't.
