I was one of the few survivors of the Gnomerot - and the only survivor of my family. My childhood was scattered and fragmented, moving from foster family to foster family - however even the meanest of my guardians could never ignore my talents. Most of them tried to find ways to turn it to coin - perhaps using me as a curious circus object in arcane pagents - or to help them turn the tables at the local gaming house. But my true passion was always to unlock the secret of the sickness that destroyed my family. To master it and bend it to my will. To ensure that it never again destroys my kin - and perhaps even turn it against the evil that I see engulf the world. ..and perhaps even settle a few scores.....
