Thrumbar

Groups of dwarves have lived alongside the other humanoids of Demana for a long time. In their own language these dwarves are known as “thrumbar” (roughly translated into “tolerance”). During the Great War, the Gelgic Alliance laid siege to and destroyed several of the underground kingdoms of the, thus leaving a number of mountain dwarves homeless with no other choice than to join their thrumbar cousins. The thrumbar, though quite assimilated to the calantian society, still regains their own cultural identity with strong traditions.
