Alberto Mercachifle

An early Costrañan explorer, credited with discovering The Nameless Continent, who returned to Old Altinius bearing tales of riches beyond imagination. He went missing a few years later, but had inspired a gold rush that would lead Costraña to rapid colonization and the brink of financial ruin. Wrote A Frank and Complete Account of the Expeditions of Alberto Mercachifle.
