The bloodlines of Altinius are said to carry the power to manipulate storms and electricity. Many Pentonian nobles claim to possess Stormvessel blood, though few have manifested powers. In reality, many people from around the world have these powers, though those within the reach of the Altinian nobles who don’t quite fit into the ideal of a pure, ancient bloodline will almost certainly find themselves persecuted.
