Amidst the tranquil veil of Laurianna, a world reborn from the ashes of ancient discord, a prophecy whispered through the winds portends a dire reckoning. Long ago, the all-powerful deity Altor, in his quest to vanquish the shadows that once shrouded his divine essence, cleaved his being into twin forces - one of purest light, the other drenched in malevolence. In response to this divine fracture, he conjured three demi-gods from the aether, siblings with the power to thwart the looming chaos. Their valour shattered the evil, but in an unforeseen twist, their familial bonds crumbled, casting Laurianna into an abyss of uncertainty.   Now, a millennium has passed, and peace blankets the realm. The benevolent demi-god Mikello sits upon his throne, ruling Laurianna with wisdom, yet for half a century, his ethereal presence has dwindled, his whereabouts unknown. Shadows of dread creep across the land, for both the undead and demons, banished for eons, claw their way back into the world. The once-dormant volcano, Scale Sorrow Mountain, rumbles with a fiery malevolence, as if echoing the discord of ancient days. And the so-called Keepers of Peace, the enigmatic Watchers, once protectors of harmony, now teeter on the precipice of tyranny, their motives obscure, and their actions oppressive.   In this fragile equilibrium, the balance between good and evil, light and darkness, hangs by the thinnest of threads. As the world braces for an impending cataclysm, heroes must rise to uncover Mikello's fate, decipher the mysteries of the resurgent undead and demons, quell the wrath of the seething volcano, and confront the ever-darkening heart of the Watchers. For in their hands lies the destiny of Laurianna, and only they can unravel the prophecy that threatens to consume it in flames or bless it with a new era of enlightenment.
