Fire Ferrets are a rare breed of ferret that was born within a roaring flame or on the divide between the material plane and the elemental plane of fire. This gives them a fiery constitution, a hardy nature and long lives. Their fur takes on a amber-red fiery sheen and they grow beards and fins of a lighter tone to the rest of their forms. 
Fire Ferrets are seen as excellent companions for travelling chefs due to the high heat level they can supply to those around them and also the fact they act as excellent dish cleaners as Fire Ferrets eat exclusively bad aspects of food (burnt sections for example) and are deeply sanitary creatures due to the high heat they can hold their bodies to.
