A Hobgoblin that is a part of the Maestro's faction and the head chef of the Broken Oar due to his admiration for the menu created there by Kodo and refined by Irena Hupperdook.He has a physical tick of snapping his fingers and has aLOT of enthusiasm in the kitchen while being an enthusiastic and amiable chef.
Gustar is well built and a regular cigar smoker who left an impression on Persicorum when he first met them.
