Ingoltop is the owner of the Ticking Shield and a former feral Gnome. He has lived in Edmonton for the last 20 years and is well liked by the town with his neighbours often bringing him meals to make sure he is consistently eating, Ingoltop is strange but generally seen as a pleasant Gnome who has recovered from their formerly feral nature.
