Litchfield is a town with a dark history. They have a heavy inquisitor population to combat this and are responsible for the inception of 'The Claret Order' though that is often forgotten in favour of horror stories to warn others against visiting them.
In truth, the quiet town utilises the steam and convenience of the sea to power everything around them where they have a surprisingly pleasant monument to Kord the Stormlord and also build naval ships as their primary business.
The town itself is often not safe when night hits, creatures rise from the ground. Undead monstrosities warped by the influences of the former lich living there... some even say if one digs down into Litchfield they will find the former dark mages buried library.

Government

They answer to the representative of King's Bay where they send messages to Arch-inquisitor Temptation, a tiefling of astounding beauty. She then ensures these jobs are carried out.
