Panik is an elderly female assassin belonging to the Dundox clan who took a job with Lyren Killian after the mage promised her that she would find allies to stand against the Utrunks. She became good friends with Thordak and developed a very good opinion of Baralas and Olympia, seeing them as good people and a rare light in Alturis.
Panik gave Thordak a sending stone after expressing her hatred of his uncle and teaching him about the history and friendship that once existed between the Dundox and Utrunk clan. She asked Thordak to promise to consider the call to war when it came and he agreed though was unsure he was capable of leading the Utrunks as he wasn't a born leader.
Panik has two half elf sons to an elderly human father, the sons are currently academics at the King's Bay Magus centre. She expressed that her son's are different to the likes of Panik and Thordak but that she loves them and is very proud.
Thordak saw her fighting off a pair of Sahuagin on the Mistwalker but they did not see her when the ship sank.
