The Bargaining Chip

The Bargaining Chip is a complex. A mall of magical wares, deals, pacts and games. An extra planar space devoted to one thing. Selling and trading wares with those successful enough to trade with.
The way the bargaining chip maintains it's sense of purity is how exclusive it is. The place is only available to you if you have a voucher and the ability to teleport. The Bargaining Chip voucher contains a teleportation circle within as the way to reach the space.
These vouchers are sold by the 'Merchants' individuals that have been employed by The Bargaining Chip and use their powers to sell goods across Alturis and the other planes... if they sell to someone with interesting wares or with cash to burn then the merchant will offer them a voucher for the bargaining chip.
