The Centre for Musical Excellence

The centre for musical excellence is based in King's Bay and offers musical training to those that display talent and coin.
They are based in a gorgeous, well made complex of buildings with various architecture of famous musicians.
The academy is especially famous for giving the world of Alturis the pianist known as Arnhem... before his own genius tragically drove him mad and led him to hex his masterpiece as a potentially deadly challenge for one attempting to recreate it.
They teach all manner of music to students and often work with the Magus in helping bards channel their magical energy into art and power.
Tuition at the academy is incredibly expensive unless someone displays enough prodigious skill to receive a sponsor... typically these sponsors help the musician become a future 'Silver Pipe'.
