The Sanctuary of All

The Sanctuary of all is a strange space in The Mammoth Peaks that is not set in one place but rather constantly disappears and reappears across The Mammoth Peaks as part of it's strange and unnatural terrain.
The sanctuary records the name and origin language of every creature visiting it and within consists of a gorgeous temple with high ceiling art of Vorugal the Devourer and a golden bowl in the centre.
Using this bowl, the party gave the spirit within it an absolute shedload of blood to gorge itself on until, eventually, it announced that it was full and closed the offering plinth.
As the party fed the bowl their blood they received a variety of boons and bonuses such as gifting Fen and Olympia foresight into future events, offering Fen a strange gift known as a Mote of Knowledge and offering Amrys a new shield as well as possessing the power to change the weather across the mountains. 
The party learned that this sanctuary acted as a temple to Vorugal the Devourer and carried a sinister air to it with symbols and motifs of greed, bloodshed and violence as well as a clear magical aura and censers of scrying on the ceilings.
