The Silver Pipes are the musicians faction of Alturis, iconic and well known for the silver set of pipes they wear on a necklace as a symbol of their earned place. A silver Pipe is deemed one of the most incredible talents in music throughout Alturis and you can only be awarded your pipes by winning them off of another Silver Pipe, being gifted them by a silver pipe as a matter of 'passing over the torch' or by having a pipe forged by a representative of an elected crown town or by the Centre of Musical Excellence.
None know the origin of the Silver Pipes but there has always been a handful no matter the age Alturis was in.
