The sovereign pontiff of the Ecclesia Plyydric and the chosen ruler of the Twin Gods Plyy.
Nuncios are afforded a massive amount of political and militiaristic power, being equal to that of the incumbant Provecta Monarchy, while also having a seat and additional voting power on the Board of Directors for Governmental Affairs. While Nuncios have the right and ability to work within the entirity of Provecta, they generally serve as the de-facto ruler and overseer of Neo Caladrius, which the Provecta Monarchy has historically had very little power over.
