Heothun and Ruben visit Loby's Quill

Financial Event

After splitting from the other three party members, Heothun and Ruben first travel to a local magical supply shop named Loby's Quill. They find the layout of this building interesting, especially its ornate iron door. Upon inspecting the door, Ruben experiences a memory *listed in the article below*, and much like the previous memory in the Lakeside Inn, he seems to freeze in place for a minute or two. After Ruben comes back to consciousness, Heothun checks if he is okay, and Ruben insists he is, so the two carry on inside. The two meet with Loby, the halfling owner of the store, who gives them a tour of the wide range of supplies she stocks, mainly decorated paper and different colours and qualities of ink. Ruben quickly realises that he does not have enough gold to purchase many or any things here and informs Loby that they will be back another day, which she only says she will hold them to. Ruben and Heothun exit the store and make their way up to the Church of Dawn just north of Firstport before planning to meet the others at the Silvery Bards.
