Devynn takes Cameron back to the eastern continent + the party rest

As the party all gathers at their table in the Hunter's Lodge, the conversation between Heothun and Devynn quickly picks up, debating the goals and purpose of Enxa, of Darkened Veil. Devynn continues to drink her drink, and regular conversation quickly takes hold before Devynn starts acting strange towards Cameo. Cameron, still disguised as Big Dave, refuses to speak or make eye contact during any of this, as Cameo manages to parry many of the conversational jabs thrown their way. Eventually Devynn plays her hand and reveals that she knows that Big Dave is actually Cameron in disguise, asking Cameron if they really thought that they wouldn't recognise them. The table immediately becomes tense. Devynn begins to ask Cameron to come back to the temple, promising that things will be different this time, and the party gets the vibe that she is telling the truth, though there is clear pain in her words and expressions. The party wishes for Cameron to stay with them for some time, but Devynn says it would put the people around them in danger, and she doesn't think she could live with that. She also reveals that she once had a daughter who died "because of Cameron," though it is not stated what happened. Eventually, after hearing both side's arguments, Cameron decides to go home with Devynn, though the party senses this loss was not all for nothing, with both Devynn and Cameron potentially being open to change in the future. Cameron and Devynn say their goodbyes before disappearing under Devynn's cloak by the door, seemingly teleporting away. The party, tired from their long day, decides to get some rest.
