The Party visit the Church of Dawn

The party arrives at the Church of Dawn, where they are met by a local priest, who escorts them to the original site of the church, a small opening in the woods where the sun seems to always shine. The party goes there and begins to rest a little, finding themselves rejuvenated by the beams of light. When Logan the Light arrives at the small opening to meet them, Cameo requests a private conversation with the head of the church quickly but doesn't tell anyone why. This leads to the two walking a little deeper into the nearby woods, where they begin to discuss the mark from the Duke of Death on the small fiddle. Cameo quickly realises this to have been a mistake as Logan begins to apply pressure and attempt to take the wooden fiddle for "cleaning". Cameo resists for as long as they can, even passing a quite harrowing test of resolve, before the two return to the group to discuss the matter. Logan makes a case to the party for taking the fiddle away, and Cameo makes their argument as to why they should keep it. Heothun comes quickly to the defence of Cameo, though the others take a little longer. After more discussion, they have a vote, and only Juniper finds herself siding with Logan, though mainly out of concern for her friends. Logan finally relents and wishes the party safety on their travels as they go to gather supplies for their soon to be journey to Firstport.
