O'usoleum

'O'usoleum' is a building or room containing collections of books, periodicals, and sometimes films and recorded music for people to read, borrow, or refer to, typically used for academia. Though O'usoleums are indeed rare, some realms only have the singular O'usoleum of the Realm, most people will have heard of one, and know of the location of the nearest one. The first and largest of all O'usoleums is the No'usolem for which it gets its name.
