Síochánta (She - hawn - tuh)

Síochánta is the Capital city of Western Riyū, located in "Foírr District". Known as the "Home of the Foír", referring to the majority of its inhabitants being Goliaths, "foír" meaning "giant" in the language of the gods. , Like most cities and towns in the foír district, Síochánta is home to a monster population, the largest in fact and most diverse. Yet, more so than that, Síochánta, is famously (or infamously, depending who you ask) known for the "Níl Féasóg" sect of Dwarves. "Níl Féasóg" means "no-beard" in the language of the gods, for these dwarves have had their beards shaven. Rumored to be shipped in from the far east, some say maybe even shipped from Koga itself (slave-trading being the realm's largest export), as one of the many prisoners of war sold into slavery. Though not enslaved against their will, in all but name these dwarves are slaves. Broken-willed, most mute, all seemingly by choice. Slavery is outlawed in all of Riyū, in accordance with Ráshio Rites. The only dwarves found in West Riyū, the "No-Beards" are not slaves and they will tell you as much if forced. The city thrives and is built upon the backs of its manual workforce.

This desolate city is densely populated (7,000~ people/sq km), covers 2~ square kilometers, and roughly has a diameter of 1256 meters. Síochántacity is a tightly knit place, an enclave hugging the south side of the Riyū.
