Plane of Agony
Constructed by Osgolip after Shodar was slain, the plane of Agony is also considered the plane of madness, vengeance, and chaos. The realm is located within the Samagri and is entered through portals. As Osgolip collapsed in on himself, he found himself falling amidst mountains of rock and ask. As the mountains crumbled and spilled into the Plane of Agony, sharp cliffs like the edges of glass rose form the shattered gound. The air does not carry the wind, but is filled with fire. Seeds of corruption contort the minds of those that dwell within.
The entrance to the Plane of Agony is said to be within the Folding Ruin. Legends tell that Osgolip fashioned his fiends from the rocks of the cliff and give the Folding Ruin their jagged appearance. It is said that as the Heirs defeated the hordes that emerged from the Folding Ruin, the portal was sealed. No evidence has been provided to this has happened. In fact, Osgolip closed the portal himself when Tala descended into Agony. When Tala and Osgolip came face-to-face, they both mourned for Shodar and what the Taladin had become. But Tala found some of her children followed her into Agony. And Osgolip and Tala would fashion devils and demons from these. The pair filled them with evil and cunning. Then, opened the portal for but a moment for Tala to carry them out. These would become the Murusthag, or tainted people. These people would construct the Yekesdi in the midst of the Folding Ruin. But the Murusthag were made to be cunning. When they emerged, they sealed the way to the Plane of Agony, trapping Osgolip inside. "We have tasted Agony, and fear, and hunger. It is too bitter for our sensitive palettes. We prefer wealth, power, and gluttony."
The Plane of Agony is filled creatures bound to Agony. Unlike those first of Osgolip's creations that only hungered, these seek only to spread their anguish. Driven by the fire that sealed them in the Plane of Agony, these creatures were crafted by Osgolip from the glass and ash. These fragile creatures shatter in magnificent display. As the structure that binds these Vitrumari is broken, their collected essence becomes disorganized and becomes a devastating arcane explosion.
Geography
The Plane of Agony is nearly one-million square miles, folding in on itself from time to time. One might walk upon the surface, finding that they have returned from where they had come. Falling from the cliffs, one feels the screams and cries of Osgolip in his eternal hunger. Still, the ways open as though each cliff is a gate. The screams grow louder. At the final descent lies Osgolip, looking down at you from his cradle. The traveler will note that they have climbed the falling cliffs, reaching the height of pure agony. The screams and anguish attack the heart as Osgolip seethes in hunger. Tears of acid spring with every fevered cough. As mortal skin blistered and boils, one might try to climb down to the portal again, but you fall ever upward.
Ecosystem
The plane of agony is filled with beasts of chaos. Twisted creatures that were constructed from the images of Shodar that Osgolip creates. They are aberrations of his memories and are vile vicious things. They feed on Osgolip who forever hungers and thirsts. Among the glass and rock, these creatures wander in contest. Those that fall feed the great fiend at the bottom of the chasm. And in his wrath, he creates more.
