Madam Heidi Kohl (a.k.a. The Informant)

Heidi Kohl is a spy for the intelligence wing within a cult. Her base of operations are extensive from the alleyways in the Junta of Oguetetia to the forests in Lonstadian Empire. Although her base of operations are slightly more extensive than normal, she only earns a modest wage for some unknown reasons, probably cult related.

Personal history

Her history is as questionnable as her job within her organization/church. She was essentially born into the church due to her parents being somewhat desperate enough for shelter and a decent life after their previous lands were stolen by some aristocrats.
Heidi entered the intelligence wing at a young age due to her personal trauma and her desire to enact vengeance on her enemies like stealing money or traumatising them in multiple ways.
Years after the Gueloran-Bormian War, Heidi's network in the intelligence agency somewhat grew to the entrance to the Marches, though one of her superiors have been killed by an unknown force while setting up there and this severely damaged the potential of setting up networks in the Marches.
Somewhat in need of rent within the Principality of Unchiso (for her cottage) and a lust for huge wealth, Heidi went into a tavern one night to find a job or two. Heidi became so drunk and somewhat lewd to the female patrons in the tavern that she had desperately accepted a job offer from the female bartender to avoid being detained for 2 months due to unruly behavior in the tavern. (Note that she can't be detained in the principality or else her church will persecute her for being a problematic worker)

Mental Trauma

Heidi once gave only a meager amount of copper to one of the prayer leaders in the church and she was given around 14 to 25 light to medium whippings on her back. The 25th whipping made her feel paralized (due to the fact that she was whipped in the lower back) and humiliated (due to its publicity within the church) for several months.
