Activity: Relaxation

It's time for some me time. Relaxation is restorative, self-care time that doesn't have to be specifically structured. It could mean taking a nice long nap, walking through the ring and seeing the sights, dabbling in a hobby for fun (not profit or productivity), taking a spa day--whatever restores your student's body and soul, it can count as Relaxation.
