Fulvar the Pious

Fulvar is head of the Fulgarm family - the most prestigious and oldest family in Salines  - and therefore hereditary priest of Helim in Salines.   While the oldest family in the town, the Fulgarms are no longer the richest, and their mansion, while still considerably the largest, is in poor repair, and partially abandoned.
