Byrocan

Settlement between Mercurial and Stormguard Prison, by the towering Rocani Mountain. Yes, it's literally by Rocani.

Infrastructure

Has a Roadwarden fortress and waystation, usually manned by three Roadwarden support staff. It shelters any of the wardens that come through, and sometimes acts as a site for other Imperial business.

There is a blacksmithy here, to support the Roadwardens as well as do trade with the travelers passing through. It is operated by Barge . 

General Store

An all-purpose store to support both the town and travelers. Operated by Gail . 

Lost Crystal Inn

Inn and tavern for those who don't want to camp in the town square or outside town by the tannery. Operated by Arjun . 

Tailor

Apparently Byrocan does enough business to support a tailor. That would be Jaylan Damico, who also operates the tannery outside of town.
