The Acorn

This is a +1 spellcasting, +1 save DC item. It must be attuned by a druid. It appears to be a small crystal ball with an acorn inside. The longer it is attuned to a particular druid, the more the acorn sprouts and begins to grow into an oak tree.

The ball does not change size as the tree grows; the acorn appears to shrink.
