The Hieranic Council

The Hieranic Council is the ruling body of the Church of Anandaat. It is made up of a handful of Hierans, the number of which is not set by tradition or formally codified. Most commonly, it is somewhere between four and seven, but has historically gone as low as two and as high as twelve.
