Age of the Ausrani
~15000 B.C. to ~4000 B.C.
After the destruction of the Five Emperors and the scattering of their dragon followers, Mother Ausra and other revolutionary leaders met at Tanatra to decide what to do with the formerly imperial lands and the masses of newly freed slaves. Refusing help to build cities of their own, the Rebellion’s leaders decided to lead their remaining people as mobile bands and caravans. After millenia of being forced to live, work and die in the same place, the ausrani preferred the freedom to move, feeding themselves with druidic magic when hunting, herding, and gathering fell short.
