Kingdom of Bhalla

Like most of the inner Undersea Kingdoms, Bhalla's population is comprised to varying degrees of sea elves, tritons, merfolk, kuo-toa, sahuagin, locathah and occasional other intelligent aquatic races - including intelligent animals.
Though there are towns and at least one small city, Bhalla's most powerful factions are semi-nomadic whale-hunting sea elves. 
Along with Peruna, Bhalla has the largest number of archdruids in the world.
