This is the most welcoming and colorful floor of the Tower. The center is wide open with low tables and comfortable chairs set up for reading, and surrounding you are rows and rows of bookshelves. There are two large windows facing the east and west, and on these windows are beautiful murals of a thriving population led by a black-robed figure with green eyes.
This is the Library, the most popular of the recreational floors in the Tower. It is a large open space with no cells. Though this floor is called the Library, it is a place for the prisoners to enjoy any of their leisure time however they wish. There are games, books, art supplies, and a section where you can write letters, under supervision. There are no cells on this floor, only the elevator.
