Effect

You produce a cooling effect in the palms of your hands, the degree of which you can control. You transfer the effect to one creature of object that you touch. Once you transfer the effect, both the creature/object and your hands will experience the effect of the cold. This spell can only be used to do reasonable temperature changes, i.e., you cannot freeze an entire lake.
The object or creature you touch receives the effect either over their entire surface/body, or only in the area that you are touching, depending on their size. You may choose the intensity and the locale of the cooling effect.
