Death Save Mechanics

When a character falls to 0 hit points, they make a death save as normal. However, this roll must be kept secret. You can either text it to the DM, give them a note, or (if they trust you), keep the roll to yourself. The only way other player characters can tell if you are alive is by succeeding on a DC10 Medicine check.
If you fall to 0 hit points, and come back to consciousness, you come back with one level of exhaustion.
