Destroy Thought
Effect
You attempt to wrestle your opponent's mind. Select one creature that you can see within range. That creature must succeed on a Charisma saving throw. On a failed save, the creature becomes Charmed by you for the duration. If it takes any damage or is targeted by another spell, this spell ends, and the creature's original intentions are returned.
While this spell is in effect, you can choose one course of action that the creature is currently involved in carrying out, and make it forget that course of action. This action can include attacking you and your allies, traveling to a particular destination, guarding a particular post, etc. You cannot destroy the thought of something that is fundamental to the creature's personality or values. For example, a dragon could not be made to abandon her hoard, and a lich could not be made to show you her phylactery.
