Larzithil
The capitol city of the Samael Empire, Larzithil has been renamed several times since it was built. Each dynasty has named it after themselves, though many citizens simply call it Samae (sah-may)...except in the presence of nobles.
Demographics
Almost the entire population of Larzithil is elves. Lower races are not permitted to own residences in the city's boundaries, but may enter for work as servants. Besides elves, the second highest population in Larzithil is dragonborn, and there are relatively few dwarves.
Government
The capital city has no Princess or Prince overseeing it, and is run directly by the Emperor or Empress (not the High Emperor or Empress, but their spouse.)
