Reve (ree-vuh)
(a.k.a. The Morninglord)
Reve was, centuries ago, one of the most widely worshipped Gods, and worship of him was often performed alongside his twin brother, Pace. About 600 years ago, however, he faded, and he is now considered a relic of the past. He was a God of the sun, but specifically the dawn and early morning. He was a God of hope and creativity and possibility and potential, and inherently of youth and vitality as well. He was called upon in defense and frequently by those who have–or yearn for–hope.
All of his followers respected art, liberty, nature, and culture. They promoted betterment of oneself and strove to bring hope to their followers and others. Many of them worked in various creative arts, which was considered an act of worship in itself. Reve was intolerant of evil, especially undead and inaction that caused evil to prosper.
